REFRACTORY BATCH GUNS

The RFI Batch Guns are used for refractory repairs to hot and cold furnaces where a given amount of material will do the job.  Material can be held in the gun and gunned when needed by operator.  All RFI Batch Guns can also be used as Metallurgy Injectors.

Features:

• 1000, 2000 or 4000 lb. tank capacities
• 10" diameter air actuated butterfly valve for fast filling and positive sealing
• Internal air curtain controls material flow and reduces bridging and plugging
• Feed bottom flange accepts butterfly valve feed system or feedwheel assembly
• Simple 2 valve operation
• Operates from 1" airline
• Material output ranges from 250 to 400 lbs. per minute
• 2000 & 4000 lb. material hoppers above gun for easy filling
